idealistic figure of English teacher

First virtue of english teacher is to make students be interested in English.
Once students are interested in English, they could attend the English classes actively not passively. I want to be an interesting English teacher because I believe that an interesting teacher could lead students to participate the classes. I will play an English song for my students in a week so that they can get rid of the fear of English.
The second virtue is to evaluate the English level of students properly.
Even though an English teacher has a good ability of English, if they don't know the students' level of English, their good ability of English will be useless for teaching.
